The Basics

Unworn or defective designs are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All orders include a complimentary repair within 6-months of purchase. Learn more about repairs here.

What's not eligible for a refund

The following items are not eligible for a refund: custom made designs,
engraved designs, quarter size rings, final sale designs, promotional
gifts and gift cards.

Refund policy

The value of your purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to your payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.

A note regarding free and promotional gifts:

If a returned item drops your original order amount below the qualifying minimum for a promotional gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

Irina Victoria Jewelry is not responsible for international shipments lost or stolen in transit back to Los Angeles. Furthermore, any fees associated with international shipment are the shipper's responsibility.

Non-compliance of policy

Irina Victoria Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, or impose additional conditions if a customer is non-compliant with the policy outlined above.
