|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your exchange and return policy?|
Domestic orders are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.

We'll gladly accept unworn or defective designs for return within 15 days of delivery.

What to Expect - International Orders
The value of your purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to your payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do our best to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item. PayPal purchases see the refund amount credited back to their account instantly. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover purchases can take up to 72 hours to post the refunded amount back on your credit card.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
|When will my order ship?|
|Many of our designs are made to order so it can take up 10 business days for fabrication. Check a particular piece's page to see an exact estimate. Need your jewelry ASAP? We can try to accommodate special circumstances, but no guarantees. Reach out to Customer Service if you need your order to be expedited.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
