|How do I create an account?|
|1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".
|How do I edit my account information?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.|
|How much is my shipping?|
|Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.|
|I forgot my password.|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.|
|I received the wrong product.|
|If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.|
|What is your exchange and return policy?|
|All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See our
TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Orders that you submit online are processed immediately. Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order.
Return or Exchange
Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return or exchange that item within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Our return and exchange policy does not apply to the following goods: promotional gifts, discontinued or final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items as they are custom made. These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
Exchange requests for orders outside of the USA will be processed as a return. The value of your purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to your payment method. Then you can proceed with purchasing a new item.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your request.
Inside of the USA: Return and exchange shipping on all U.S. orders is free. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
Outside of the USA: You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value, including but not limited to our fine jewelry items.
Refunds and Exchanges
After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.
If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.
|When will my order ship?|
|Many of our designs are made to order so it can take up 10 business days for fabrication. Check a particular piece's page to see an exact estimate. Need your jewelry ASAP? We can try to accommodate special circumstances, but no guarantees. Reach out to Customer Service if you need your order to be expedited.
Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
