How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
What is your exchange and return policy?
 

EXCHANGES

Domestic orders are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.


Not Eligible for Exchange
The following goods are not eligible for exchange: custom made designs, engraved designs, half and quarter size rings, final sale designs, promotional gifts and gift cards.


RETURNS

We'll gladly accept unworn or defective designs for return within 15 days of delivery.

Holiday Orders
We understand holiday gift purchases linger in their packaging untouched until the special day. For that reason, orders placed between Cyber Monday and Christmas will have until January 7th to request a return or exchange.

What to Expect - International Orders
To initiate a return contact us here. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed with your request. PLEASE NOTE: At this time we are unable to offer free return shipping to our international customers. We kindly ask that you use a trackable shipping service when mailing your item(s) back to us. Irina Victoria Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. Furthermore, we cannot reimburse duty/custom fees.


PROCESSING REFUNDS

The value of your purchase less the cost of shipping will be refunded back to your payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do our best to process refunds within 48 hours of receiving the item. PayPal purchases see the refund amount credited back to their account instantly. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover purchases can take up to 72 hours to post the refunded amount back on your credit card.


GENERAL

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

When will my order ship?
  Many of our designs are made to order so it can take up 10 business days for fabrication. Check a particular piece's page to see an exact estimate. Need your jewelry ASAP? We can try to accommodate special circumstances, but no guarantees. Reach out to Customer Service if you need your order to be expedited.

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
