ORDERS & SHIPPING
Our rings are sized based on standard US sizing (more info here). There can be a +/- 0.15mm fluctuation in size due to the handmade nature of our rings, but we work hard to stay true to size.
We intentionally keep our stock lean in the shop. This approach aligns with our dedication to slow, sustainable fashion. Yes! We work hard to maintain an environmentally friendly business because we’re passionate about our planet and the wildlife that inhabits it. We donate 5% of profits from all retail sales on the site to the Wildlife Conservation Network. Donations are submitted to the charity bi-annually.
Reply to your order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of purchase to cancel your order. Cancellation requests are processed swiftly, but it may take a couple days for the pending payment to be fully refunded by your bank.
We are based in Massachusetts and ship to all 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, The Netherlands, and Australia.
This varies based on design. You can find the estimated shipping info for each piece in their description-- look for “ships out in”. If you ordered more than one piece, it’s safe to assume that the design with the longest timeline is the best estimate.
We ship from Massachusetts. For domestic orders, we ship via USPS Priority and FedEx Express. You can anticipate delivery in 2-4 days. International orders are shipped via DHL and can take 2-5 days depending on the destination.
Yes, on orders over $500. This is meant to safeguard your new valuables! We would hate for your jewelry to be stolen from your doorstep. If you’re confident this won’t be an issue, let us know you would like to waive the signature requirement at checkout in the order comments. Full disclosure: by waiving the signature upon delivery you acknowledge taking on the full risks of delivery. We can’t assist you if the package is lost or stolen.

We do not. Although payment plans can be convenient for some, our hope is that our customer is committed to buying with intention and not impulsively. We believe this makes the entire purchasing experience much more gratifying.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept unworn or defective designs for return within 15 days of delivery. Custom made designs, engraved designs, half-size rings, final sale designs, promotional gifts and gift cards are not eligible for return. Domestic orders are eligible for exchanges within 15 days of delivery. International orders must proceed as a return and then initiate a new order. Custom made designs, engraved designs, half-size rings, final sale designs, promotional gifts and gift cards are not eligible for exchange. CARE & REPAIR
Yes, every order is granted one complimentary repair within 6 months of the purchase date. All the details can be found here.
This is a difficult question that we don’t have a clear cut answer for (just Google and see how many different answers you find!). We can only offer you our opinion. We encourage daily wear, but within reason. Fine jewelry is delicate so working out, showering and sleeping in your jewelry increases your risk of damage or loss. We personally always take off rings when applying hair, face and body products as they can leave behind residues that trap dirt and dull your jewelry. As for the beach, beware, sand is coarse (read: sand paper) and can leave scratches on polished metals.
Basic cleaning can be done at home using mild dish soap and warm water. You can use a soft bristled toothbrush to gently scrub your jewelry to remove dirt and oils. For deep cleaning, we suggest purchasing an ultrasonic cleaner.
Tension is key to backings staying in place. Overtime the little loops can get stretched out and a little space develops between them. Try tightening them by pinching the loops back together.
We strongly suggest you seek out a local jeweler for size adjustments. The cost of round-trip shipping and labor to have us resize your design will be much more expensive.
If you are within your 6-month warranty period we can provide you with a complimentary repair. Please continue reading here for shipping info. For repairs outside of 6-months we suggest seeking out a local jeweler as it will be more cost effective for you.
MATERIALS & PRODUCTION
We purchase our production materials from vendors in California, New Mexico, Louisiana, Virginia and New York. We prioritize working with companies whose environmental and ethical commitments align with our own.
Simply put, it’s above ground precious metal (read: old jewelry, dental fillings, tech industry parts, scraps from fabrication) that has been refined and reintroduced into the supply chain. By using recycled metals the fashion industry can decrease the demand to mine our planet for virgin precious metals.
We always prioritize recycled metals when they are available to us. We’re proud to say our designs range from 75-100% recycled metal content, with the majority being 100%.
We purchase reclaimed and lab created diamonds from trusted vendors based in the USA who specialize in eco-friendly diamonds.

A reclaimed diamond is one that was previously set in a piece of jewelry and reintroduced into the supply chain. Our reclaimed diamonds are polished and cleaned before we set them in our designs. By sourcing reclaimed diamonds, we’re actively reusing a natural resource and reducing the need for additional mining.
Lab created, lab grown, cultured- these are all used to describe natural diamonds that are grown in a lab under extreme heat and pressure versus in the ground. The science behind it is the same, therefore the final product is the same. Lab grown diamonds are cheaper than mined diamonds because their creation requires less resources and does not rely on the mining industry.
We gather gemstones from discarded jewelry as well as purchase reclaimed and lab created stones from trusted sellers in the USA. It’s hard to consistently find gemstones that fulfill our stringent requirements, so the designs are limited edition and few-of-a-kind.
